Certification.
The international standard for managing information security. The data centres that run Noregna are certified to it.
An accounting firm handles some of the most sensitive data a business has. This page sets out where the data is kept, how operations are secured, and what happens if something fails.
Certification.
The international standard for managing information security. The data centres that run Noregna are certified to it.
Certification.
The industry security requirements for handling payment card data. The data centres are certified to sections 9 and 12, which cover physical security and security procedures.
Classification.
The data centre classification for operational reliability, among the highest rated in Norway for uptime.
The certifications and classification above belong to the data centres and the operations supplier Noregna uses. Noregna AS is not itself ISO certified.
Your firm must reach its data whenever it needs to, and nobody else should reach it at all. Everything below follows from that.
Noregna is available around the clock, all year, apart from planned maintenance. The operations agreement guarantees 99.9 per cent uptime.
All client data is stored in Norway, in data centres in Oslo. The centres are staffed on site 24/7, monitored automatically, and have redundant power, cooling and network lines, with backup power at every location.
All traffic between the browser and Noregna is encrypted, so what passes between your firm and the system cannot be read on the way.
Every user has their own sign-in, and the firm decides who has access to what. Two-factor sign-in can be switched on for the firm.
Backups of the system and database are taken every day. Copies are stored both locally and externally, duplicated to two physically separate data centres.
If a server fails, another takes over. The redundancy applies at every level, not only to storage.
